Refund policy

We make snack food. Not appliances.
So refunds are simple, fair, and follow Australian Consumer Law.


The short version

If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll fix it.
If you’ve just changed your mind after opening the bag, we can’t take it back.


Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You’re entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:

  • Is faulty

  • Is damaged

  • Is not as described


Food products & change of mind

Because our products are food:

  • We do not accept change-of-mind returns

  • We cannot accept returns of opened items

This is about food safety, not being difficult.

If something isn’t right, email us at lovehate@bougiesnacks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos if relevant (helpful, not mandatory)

We’ll get back to you promptly and sort it out.


Refund method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Timing depends on your payment provider, but we move quickly.
